Every school says it cares. These are the four things we have actually built the timetable, the budget and the hiring around.
Curiosity before compliance
We would rather a child ask an inconvenient question than memorise a convenient answer. Every classroom keeps time for questions the syllabus did not plan for.
Every child known by name
No student is a roll number. Class sizes stay under 24 so that a teacher can tell you how your child is actually doing, not just what they scored.
Kind, but never soft
Warmth and high standards are not opposites. We hold students to real expectations and then make sure nobody has to meet them alone.
A school inside a neighbourhood
Parents sit on our academic review panel. Alumni teach our Saturday clubs. The campus gates are open to the community six weekends a year.
Academics
Four stages, one continuous arc
A child joining us in Nursery will be taught by roughly forty of our teachers before they leave. These are the four stages that journey passes through.
Pre-Primary
Nursery, LKG, UKG · 3–6 years
Learning that looks like playing, because at this age it is the same thing.
There are no textbooks in pre-primary and no written homework. Children learn through structured play, story, song, sand, water and a great deal of talking. Literacy and number sense are built in — but a visitor watching a Nursery morning would mostly see children absorbed in something.
Primary
Classes 1 to 5 · 6–11 years
Where reading stops being a subject and starts being a tool.
Primary is where the foundations are laid properly or not at all. Reading fluency, number fact automaticity and legible handwriting are tracked child by child, not class by class, and we intervene early rather than waiting for an exam to reveal a gap.
Middle School
Classes 6 to 8 · 11–14 years
Subjects get specialists, students get room to be wrong.
From Class 6 every subject is taught by a specialist, and students move to the teacher rather than the other way round. This is also where we deliberately widen the field — robotics, a second language choice, design and the first real laboratory work.
Secondary
Classes 9 and 10 · 14–16 years
Board preparation, without pretending that is all school is for.
Classes 9 and 10 are honest about the board examination — it matters, and we prepare for it seriously. What we refuse to do is empty the timetable of everything else to chase two extra marks. Sport, music and clubs continue through Class 10.

Twelve laboratories, four libraries, an eight-lane pool and a robotics workshop that stays open until six. Here is a part of it.

Nearly half the collection is in Telugu or Hindi — a deliberate three-year rebalancing that lifted junior borrowing by 61%.

Ask the people who are already here
We did not ask for these. We asked what they would tell another family, and printed the answers.
What sold us was not the building. It was that Ms. Fatima rang me in week three to say Aarav had gone quiet in maths, and she had already moved his seat and started a Tuesday catch-up. Nobody asked her to do that.
We moved from Bengaluru mid-year, which is the worst time to change schools. Siksha put a Class 9 buddy with my daughter for a month. By Diwali she had stopped asking to go back.
In Class 8 I told my physics teacher the textbook explanation of pressure made no sense to me. Instead of repeating it, he brought a syringe and a balloon to the next class. That is basically why I picked science.
