How competitive is it, really?

It varies sharply by campus and year group. Gachibowli Nursery is the tightest at roughly four applications per seat. Kompally and Bachupally have more room, and mid-year entry to Classes 2 to 7 is usually straightforward. We will tell you where you stand honestly if you ask.

Does applying early help?

No. We do not assess in order of receipt, so an application on 6 January is treated identically to one on 27 February. Applying early only gives you a wider choice of assessment appointment.

Is there an application fee?

No. We removed it in 2020. It raised very little money and screened families on the wrong thing.

How should my child prepare for the assessment?

They should not. There is no syllabus and nothing to revise. The paper is set a full year below the applying grade because we are checking readiness, not coaching. Please do not send a five-year-old to an entrance-preparation centre.

What actually happens in the assessment?

For Nursery to Class 3, a teacher plays and talks with your child for about thirty minutes — puzzles, a story, some drawing. From Class 4 there is a short written paper in English and Mathematics. In both cases one parent joins for the last fifteen minutes, which is your slot to ask us things.

My child has a diagnosed learning difficulty. Should I say so?

Yes, and please say so at application rather than after. It is never used against an application. It tells us what to prepare, and whether we are honestly able to support your child well — which is a question you deserve a truthful answer to before you enrol, not after.

Are there charges beyond what is published?

Accepted Answer

No. Tuition, the one-time admission fee and transport if you use it. Uniform and books are bought by families and we publish the expected cost. There is no building fund, no development fee, no examination fee and no annual charge that appears later.

Can fees be paid in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in two instalments per year at no extra cost, due in June and November. If a family hits genuine difficulty, talk to the office before the due date rather than after — there is a hardship process, and it works better with notice.

Is the fee refundable if we withdraw?

The one-time admission fee is not refundable. Tuition is refunded pro-rata for the unused portion of the term, less one month's notice. This is written into the joining agreement so there is no dispute later.

What if we live outside the bus routes?

Tell the transport office. Routes are reviewed every year and we have added stops for as few as four families when the geography works. We will not promise a route we cannot run safely.

Can my child join mid-year?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for Classes 1 to 9 where a seat exists. Mid-year joiners get the same buddy arrangement as June joiners, and the form tutor makes contact before the first day. January is a harder month to join socially than June, and we plan for that.

Do you teach in Telugu?

The SSC pathway at Kompally and Nagole offers Telugu medium. The CBSE pathway is English medium with Telugu, Hindi, Sanskrit or French as a second language. Telugu is taught as a subject to every student at every campus regardless of pathway.
