Applies to
All four campuses

What we collect

For prospective families: the child's name, date of birth, year group applied for, and the contact details of the applying parent or guardian.

For enrolled families: the above, plus academic records, attendance, medical information, transport details, and photographs taken on campus.

For website visitors: nothing beyond what is technically necessary to serve the page. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we hold it

To operate the school: to teach, to keep children safe, to meet board registration requirements, and to contact you.

We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to build a profile of you or your child.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications are deleted within twelve months.

Student records are retained for seven years after a student leaves, as board regulations require, then destroyed.

Campus CCTV footage is retained for thirty days unless it is part of an active safeguarding matter.

Your rights

You may ask to see everything we hold about your child, to have an error corrected, or to withdraw consent for photography. Write to the school office and we will respond within thirty days.

Withdrawing photography consent has no effect on your child's participation in anything.
