Accessibility Statement

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. All interface text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and interface boundaries meet 3:1, in both light and dark modes.

A skip link to main content on every page. Visible focus indicators that are restyled rather than removed. Semantic headings with one h1 per page. Form labels that stay visible, with errors placed beside the field rather than in a summary. Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.

All motion respects the operating system's reduce-motion setting, dropping to no animation rather than to a faster one.

Editorial content is currently authored in English; Telugu covers the interface, navigation and key headings but not all long-form prose. Untranslated strings fall back to English rather than showing an empty page.

The portal previews are demonstrations rather than live systems, and have not been tested with a full range of assistive technology.
