Anti-Ragging Policy
Our approach to bullying and ragging, and the published escalation scale we apply.

- All four campuses
We name the behaviour
We do not use softening language. Ragging is bullying, bullying is harm, and the school treats it as harm rather than as a stage children pass through.
Escalation scale
Every incident is recorded. The response escalates on a published scale — restorative conversation, parental meeting, internal suspension, external suspension, exclusion — so that two identical incidents in different classrooms receive the same response.
The scale is published to students and parents at the start of each year. It is not applied at an individual teacher's discretion.
Both families are told
Where one child has harmed another, the parents of both children are informed. Schools that inform only the harmed child's family leave the other family unable to intervene.
