Grievance Redressal
How to complain, who handles it, and how long each stage takes.

- Applies to
- All four campuses
Stage one — the person closest to it
Raise it with the form tutor or subject teacher first. Most matters are resolved here within a few days, and this stage exists because escalating immediately usually slows things down.
Stage two — the campus principal
If unresolved after ten working days, or if the matter concerns the teacher themselves, write to the campus principal. You will receive a written response within ten working days.
Stage three — the Trust
If you remain unsatisfied, write to the Siksha Educational Trust. The Trust responds in writing within twenty working days, and its response is final within the school.
Outside the school
Nothing in this process prevents you from approaching the affiliating board or the statutory authorities at any point, and we will not treat doing so as a breakdown in the relationship.
