What secondary is actually for

Classes 9 and 10 are honest about the board examination — it matters, and we prepare for it seriously. What we refuse to do is empty the timetable of everything else to chase two extra marks. Sport, music and clubs continue through Class 10.

Where the emphasis goes

CBSE or Cambridge IGCSE pathway, chosen at the end of Class 8
Weekly one-to-one academic tutorial with the form tutor
Career and stream counselling from the start of Class 9
Sport and arts remain compulsory through board years
