Circular 2026/04 — Annual Day rehearsal schedule and pick-up changes
Rehearsals run 2 to 20 February. Pick-up for participating students moves to 5:15 PM on rehearsal days.

Annual Day 2026 — Sutradhaar — will be held on Saturday 21 February at the Gachibowli campus auditorium, with two shows at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Rehearsals for participating students run from Monday 2 February to Friday 20 February. On rehearsal days, participating students will be dismissed at 5:15 PM rather than 3:30 PM. Buses on routes 2, 7, 11, 19 and 26 will run a second service at 5:30 PM. Parents on other routes are asked to arrange pick-up.
Students not participating follow the normal timetable and the normal 3:30 PM dismissal throughout.
Costume requirements have been sent separately by each class teacher. Please do not purchase anything before that message arrives — we supply most costumes centrally, and past years have seen parents buy items they did not need.
Tickets: two per family, released on 9 February through the parent portal. Additional tickets are released on 16 February if seats remain.
