How karate works here

Shotokan karate from Class 2, with gradings twice a year assessed by an external panel rather than by our own coach — a deliberate choice so that a belt awarded here means the same as a belt awarded anywhere.

Badminton

Four indoor courts, and the sport with our deepest competitive squad.

Six tables, and the only sport where a Class 6 student beat the coach.

A dedicated rink, and the sport our youngest students take up first.

Foundation gymnastics for everyone in Classes 1 to 4.

Athletics

A 400m track, and the sport that decides Sports Day.

Fixtures and squad sessions run most Saturdays in term time. Visiting families are welcome to watch.
