Cambridge Assessment International Education has confirmed Siksha International School as an accredited Cambridge Lower Secondary centre, effective for the 2026–27 academic year.

In practice this means families at the Gachibowli campus will be able to choose between the CBSE and Cambridge pathways for Classes 6 to 8. The two run side by side; students share the same campus, the same houses, the same sports teams and the same lunch queue.

We want to be clear about what this is not. It is not a fee increase — the Cambridge pathway is priced identically to CBSE, and the checkpoint examination fee is included. It is also not a signal that we are moving away from CBSE, which remains the pathway roughly four in five of our families choose.

Information sessions for current Class 5 parents are on 14 and 21 February at 10:00 AM. The academics team will walk through the differences honestly, including the ones that make Cambridge the wrong fit for some children.
