Every campus has its own kitchen and cooks on site. Menus are planned by a nutritionist on a four-week rotation and published a month ahead. Teachers and the leadership team eat the same food in the same hall, which is the most reliable quality control available.
What is served
A South Indian and North Indian option daily, both vegetarian, plus fruit and milk. Eggs are offered twice a week as an opt-in. Jain and allergy-specific meals are prepared separately and are never a plated-around version of the main dish.
Allergies are taken seriously
Allergy information is held in the kitchen and on the child's record. Children with a documented severe allergy are known by name to the kitchen staff, and no severe-allergy meal is served by anyone other than a named member of the catering team.
Nothing is sold on campus
There is no tuck shop and no vending machine. Meals are included in tuition, so no child is visibly eating differently because of what their family can afford.
