The SSC pathway
The Telangana State Board pathway. Chosen most often by families who want a strong Telugu-medium option, or who plan for their child to continue into the state intermediate system and state-level professional entrance examinations.

Is it right for your child?
Who this pathway suits — and who it does not
Both lists are here on purpose. A school that only publishes the case in favour leaves families to discover the mismatch after they have enrolled.
A good fit for
- Families who want Telugu as the medium of instruction rather than as a second language
- Students continuing into Telangana intermediate colleges and state-quota entrance routes
- Families for whom the state syllabus matches the support available at home
Probably not the right fit
- Families likely to relocate outside Telangana during schooling
- Students targeting national entrance examinations, where the CBSE syllabus overlaps more directly
Structure
How the pathway runs, stage by stage
Roughly one in five families choose this pathway. It is available at kompally and nagole campuses.
Classes 1 to 5
State syllabus with the same class-size cap and reading programme as our CBSE stream.
Classes 6 to 8
Specialist teaching, with the same robotics and design periods as the CBSE stream.
Classes 9 and 10
SSC public examination preparation, with pre-boards under examination conditions.
Language of instruction
Telugu or English medium, with the other offered as first language alongside Hindi.
The board examination
The Class 10 SSC public examination is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Telangana. Registration is handled by the school office in Class 9.
Switching pathways
Families can move between pathways up to the end of Class 8. After that the syllabuses have diverged enough that a switch disadvantages the student, so we will discuss it but will usually advise against it. There is no fee for switching.
Not sure which?
This is a conversation, not a form
Pathway choice depends on where your family expects to be in five years. Talk to the academic office — they will not push you towards either one.
