Leadership Programme

When: Runs across Term 1, culminating in September

What it involves

Class 9 students plan, schedule, staff and run the entire inter-school cultural festival — registration, hospitality, venues and budget. Staff supervise and deliberately do not intervene unless something is unsafe.

Managing a real budget and a real deadline
Delegating to peers
Handling something going wrong in public
