Exactly what to bring, and when

Nothing is needed to apply. Documents are only requested after an offer, which means you are never asked to assemble paperwork for a place you may not be offered.

After an offer is made

Upload scans through the portal, then bring the originals to campus once. They are verified while you wait and handed straight back.

Optional

Helpful, but never required

These change how well we can look after your child. None of them changes whether we offer a place.

  • Immunisation record

Shared with the school medical room, not used in the admission decision.

    All applicants

  • Medical or learning support reports

    Optional

If your child has a diagnosed condition or support need, tell us now. It helps us prepare, and it is never used against an application.

    Where applicable

  • Caste or income certificate

    Optional

If a document is missing

Transfer certificates are the usual sticking point, particularly when a previous school is slow or unhelpful. Tell the admissions office. We will provisionally admit your child and give you a reasonable window to produce it — a child should not miss the start of term over another school’s paperwork.

Birth certificates are the one document we genuinely cannot proceed without, because board registration depends on it. If you do not have one, start the municipal process early; it can take several weeks.

What we do with your documents

Scans are stored in the school record system and are visible to the admissions office and the school administrator. They are not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, and are deleted if an application is unsuccessful or withdrawn.

Apply first, gather paperwork later

The application form asks for none of this. Ten minutes and you are done.
