If a document is missing
Transfer certificates are the usual sticking point, particularly when a previous school is slow or unhelpful. Tell the admissions office. We will provisionally admit your child and give you a reasonable window to produce it — a child should not miss the start of term over another school’s paperwork.
Birth certificates are the one document we genuinely cannot proceed without, because board registration depends on it. If you do not have one, start the municipal process early; it can take several weeks.
What we do with your documents
Scans are stored in the school record system and are visible to the admissions office and the school administrator. They are not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, and are deleted if an application is unsuccessful or withdrawn.
No documents needed yet
Apply first, gather paperwork later
The application form asks for none of this. Ten minutes and you are done.
